A leading insurance company in Norwich is seeking an experienced claims handler to support customers through the motor claims process. The role involves coordinating vehicles, processing settlements, and ensuring high-quality service. The position offers a salary of £25,100 to £28,500, with additional benefits like a generous pension scheme and flexible working options.

We offer flexible working hours with standard 35-hour full-time contracts, options for part-time work (minimum of 21 hours over 3 days), and a 40-hour contract with Team Leader approval. These are permanent roles with hours covering our opening times of 8.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday).
