Overview

Are you an experienced claims handler looking for a new challenge or ready to advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? We have exciting opportunities available in our expanding Commercial Lines Motor Claims Team.

We offer flexible working hours with standard 35-hour full-time contracts, options for part-time work (minimum of 21 hours over 3 days), and a 40-hour contract with Team Leader approval. These are permanent roles with hours covering our opening times of 8.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities
  • Support our customers and brokers throughout the motor claims process, from the initial claim report to final resolution.
  • Coordinate the arrangement of replacement vehicles, process vehicle settlements, and provide updates on repairs and liability.
  • Work proactively on each claim, build strong relationships with brokers, and minimise the inconvenience to customers daily life.
  • Juggle multiple tasks at pace and utilise a range of digital systems.
Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
  • Motor Claims Experience: Previous experience in motor claims or claims handling is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities in a dynamic setting.
  • Team Collaboration: Willingness to learn, assist colleagues, and embrace change.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering high-quality service and prioritising customer needs.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong IT skills, with experience using software such as Microsoft Outlook and Word.
What You’ll Get for This Role
  • Starting salary between £25,100 to £28,500 based on a 35-hour week, or pro rata up to £32,571 for 40 hours per week (location, skills, experience, and qualifications may affect figures).
