Overview

Adecco are pleased to be recruiting for a Commercial Manager/Officer to work within the Civil Nuclear Constabulary.

Location: Culham

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Driving Required: Yes

Working Pattern: Full Time Monday to Friday (hybrid working)

Note: this role is subject to Police Vetting; you must have been within the UK for a minimum of 5 years continuously.

As the Contract Oversight Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our contract management lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performance Management: Develop and maintain processes that ensure effective supplier management, monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis to identify key suppliers and contracts.
• Risk Identification: Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for the organisation.
• Training Development: Design and recommend training standards for contract managers to enhance their skills and competencies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement and Legal Services to develop standard contract terms and manage supplier debarment.
• Reporting: Analyze performance data to identify trends, informing organisational strategy and risk management.
