Our client, a leading tier 1 main construction contractor with a strong pipeline of build projects, is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of a flagship development. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial function on a major construction/build project from inception to completion
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and cost control
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract negotiations
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and industry regulations
• Provide strategic commercial advice to senior management and project teams
• Identify risks and opportunities, implementing measures to safeguard project performance
