Responsibilities

• Leading commercial activities for the Civil Nuclear side.
• Providing commercial and contract management support across projects.
• Supporting commercial bids, including risk assessment and tender review.
• Reviewing, negotiating and drafting NEC contracts, subcontract agreements and NDAs.
• Preparing and monitoring risk registers and contract compliance.
• Holding delivery meetings.

Skills

Experience working within commercial/contract roles

NEC Certified Practitioner

Experience with NEC 3/4 contract writing

Knowledge of ISO 9001/14011 & 45001
