Love working in a fast-paced environment, building meaningful partnerships with major retailers? This is a unique opportunity to join this food manufacturing business that supplies major supermarket retailers with high-volume, high-quality bakery products.

Looking to strengthen its commercial capability as it continues to grow, this role offers a fantastic chance to take full ownership of key retail accounts and drive commercial strategy within a high energy, collaborative environment. The team works on-site with travel out to customers as needed.

You will manage relationships with major multiple retailers, driving sales growth, delivering strong commercial performance, and influencing the strategic direction of a growing product category.

You will act as the key commercial contact for your accounts, owning performance, pricing, forecasting, and joint business planning while working closely with cross-functional teams to bring customer initiatives to life.

We're looking for a confident, proactive Commercial Manager (or National Account Manager) with a proven track record of managing retail accounts in the FMCG sector. You will be commercially sharp, analytically strong, and an excellent communicator who can build trust with both internal teams and retail partners.
