A leading construction firm is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee the financial management of construction projects. You will lead subcontractor procurement, develop commercial strategies, and manage contract negotiations. We're looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Severn Trent Framework based in Coventry. Location: Coventry or Birmingham, Some working from home available. Hours: 45 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
As a Commercial Manager, you will drive forward the commercial and financial management of construction projects across the Severn Trent programme. You'll be trusted to work proactively, reporting into senior leaders on portfolio performance, advising project teams, and helping to drive strategic plans.
