A leading tilapia farming company is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive sales growth and establish new branches. This role requires 10+ years in sales, excellent communication, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will focus on market opportunities and operational accuracy while building a strong commercial team. Initially based in Kenya, the role will transition to Tanzania after 12-18 months. This position demands a data-driven approach and the ability to foster relationships effectively.

Role summary
We seek a self‑starter Commercial Manager to drive the sales growth of an innovative tilapia farm. The successful candidate will be data‑driven, creatively build commercialization plans, and methodically execute plans to achieve business results. This will include opening new branches, building relationships for other sales channels, allocating stock, and executing an effective price list. This role is intended to become a founding member of a new Victory business unit in Tanzania. The role will first be based in Kenya for a 12 to 18‑month period of on‑the‑job learning and development. Following this period, in the first half of 2026, the role will permanently transition to Tanzania.
