As the Commercial Manager at Recognise Bank, you will be responsible for driving the Bank's lending and savings portfolios from a commercial perspective. You will focus on optimising product performance, ensuring strong market fit, and delivering sustainable volume growth, while ensuring that product propositions continue to meet the needs of customers and intermediaries.
You will oversee the management and development of key intermediary panels and strategic partners that are essential to the delivery of the Bank's lending strategy. As the business evolves, these partnerships may expand in line with commercial objectives and overall strategy. You will work cross functionally to support business growth and improvement initiatives, defining commercial requirements for new and existing products. You will collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure these requirements are accurately translated into functional and non‑functional specifications. In addition, you will lead the development and implementation of management information (MI), working with the data team to ensure the Bank has the insight needed for effective management of the lending function.
You will also be responsible for the ongoing oversight, performance, and development of third‑party introducer panels. This includes ensuring adherence to policies, monitoring performance against expectations, and working with the lending and marketing teams to maximise engagement and commercial outcomes.
