Overview

NRL’s client is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead all commercial activities on the £120M enabling works package of a £6Bn regeneration project. You will manage a regional commercial team in Enfield London, oversee procurement and supply chain engagement, and drive financial performance across this flagship infrastructure project.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all commercial activities for the enabling works package, including procurement, contract management, and financial performance.
  • Manage a regional commercial team in Enfield, London.
  • Oversee procurement and supply chain engagement to support project delivery.
  • Monitor and manage valuations, final accounts, and related commercial processes.
  • Ensure effective use of NEC contracts (essential) and maintain compliance with project governance.
Qualifications
  • Formal qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
  • Proven experience managing commercial functions on large-scale infrastructure projects.
