With Expertise working within the construction industry, our client has a network of office across London, home counties and across the UK working across both public and private sector with an impressive order book in excess of £11 Billion. Working across various contracts within new build, D&B, refurbishment and fit out our client has a range of projects within commercial, residential, MOD, healthcare and education ranging from smaller works to projects in excess of £150 Million.

With a solid pipeline of work across various sectors they are on track to create lots of opportunities working with a very strong and risk adverse client base.

For this role, they are looking for a Commercial Manager to join their London Team. With a well respected leadership team, they are looking for someone with a proven track record and of similar mindset of delivery and strong commercial experience. The project is a healthcare flagship scheme circa £150 million under NEC form of contract. They are looking for someone who will be able to carry out the PCSA and delivery from start to finish and lead a large team autonomously. The Commercial Manager will work well alongside the existing project director to deliver this scheme.

For this role, our client is paying a competitive salary with a package including car allowance, travel, healthcare, pension scheme and annual leave.
