A prestigious West End law firm in London is looking for a Commercial Litigation Partner to join their growing team. The firm is renowned for its expertise in Media, Technology, and Entertainment law. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial litigation and a strong ability to cultivate client relationships. The Firm

They now have over 100 Lawyers; their workforce is not just technically strong but is commercially focussed. You will find that there is a culture of sharing and even junior Lawyers obtain excellent client exposure, with even their Trainee Solicitors being involved in marketing and events.

The Role
The firm is currently seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Partner to join the firms thriving West End, London office.
There is currently a team of 6, dealing with good quality work and due to growth, they are looking for a Partner to join the team. They are also open to a Partner bringing members of their team if this is preferred.
The Commercial Litigation team has a wealth of experience, the Partners in the team are heavy-hitting, there is very much an open-door policy. The client base is very broad, making for an interesting role, although it leans heavily towards Media, Entertainment and Technology, this ranger from entrepreneurs, start-ups, SME to PLC’s / international household names.
The department works across Contract disputes, Shareholder disputes, Mediation, Professional indemnity, Fraud, Licensing disputes and franchise disputes.
