Our customer, a multinational technology company, is looking for an Israel-qualified Commercial lawyer for a 6-month contract role.

Role Description
  • Provide legal support to Israel product development teams on software licensing topics.
  • Support sales teams with commercial agreements, including sales, pricing, and distribution agreements in Israel and potentially other European territories.
  • Offer first-line legal support and counseling to Israel HR teams on employment law issues (terminations, employee escalations, employee communications), with assistance from in-house employment law experts and outside counsel.
  • Provide first-line legal support on Israel litigation matters (both general commercial and HR-specific), with support from in-house litigation experts and outside counsel.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating effective policies, processes, and internal training programs.
  • Collaborate with the broader EMEA legal team to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and risks, develop and implement corrective action plans, and offer guidance to prevent or address similar issues in the future.
Qualifications
  • Qualified lawyer in Israel or England & Wales.
  • 7+ years of relevant legal experience post-qualification.
  • Law firm training with some in-house experience.
  • Ability to work in Hebrew and English.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand complex matters and provide practical advice.
  • Focus on pragmatic, risk-optimized solutions.
  • High energy, positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, networking, and influencing skills.
