Your New Company

A globally leading FMCG business based in West London / Surrey is recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager. This sustainable, historic, and diverse business is highly regarded in their industry, with a reputation for being an employer of choice. Located in smart offices, they are a short walk from the station. This unique opportunity allows you to business partner with a passionate and supportive MD, while also reporting to a highly regarded Group Finance Director. Career development is actively encouraged. The company offers hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Your New Role

This diverse, highly commercial, fast-paced role involves management reporting, commercial analysis, and business partnering. You will collaborate with the MD, commercial, and operational teams to maximise business performance. Your responsibilities include challenging and supporting these teams to achieve targets, preparing monthly and quarterly forecasts, providing monthly reports, and participating in business review meetings. Supported by a shared service centre, you will ensure account accuracy, review tender submissions, and assist with ad-hoc financial requests. You will liaise with internal and external auditors. This role offers progression and the opportunity to take ownership of a business unit.

You should be an ambitious, qualified accountant with strong business partnering and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills are essential.
