Job description

We have an exciting new role for a Commercial Accountant to join our divisional Finance team here at AMFresh UK, Alconbury. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager and working closely with the other senior members of the FP&A and Commercial teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, review and distribution of weekly accounts, commercial & financial reports, alongside assisting with analysis during the month end process. Providing support to the Senior FP&A Manager through insight and analysis to create genuine value-added outcomes.

The role allows for a great level of exposure to all commercial areas of the business, working with some of the country's largest supermarket chains. The key focus of this role is to understand then the story behind the reporting not just delivering numbers to the business. We are looking for someone who will be keen to really dive deep into the detail and understand the levers that drive our business. This is a career transforming role that encourages customer focus and commercial engagement and allows the candidate to get a hands-on understanding of how figures translate to reality.

About You
