Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience pricing projects between £50,000 and £2–3 million.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
• Ability to work accurately to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial projects.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Obtaining, analysing and comparing subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Producing full cost breakdowns and supporting tender submissions.
• Liaising with internal teams, architects, and clients throughout the tender process.
• Maintaining clear records of estimates and quotations.
