About the Role

As Commercial Director, you'll work across the full breadth of Business Development, driving organic growth, leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and developing innovative housing solutions. You will be instrumental in expanding our main business, supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities, while also accelerating growth in our complex care division and within children's, young people and transitions services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the national commercial strategy, growth plan, and budgets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with commissioners, housing partners, and sector leaders.
  • Lead on pricing, bids, partnerships, M&A, and the development of housing and technology-enabled care offers.
  • Drive performance and quality through robust governance, data-driven decision-making, and a relentless focus on service excellence.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Business Development team, fostering talent and capability to deliver on our ambitious goals.
