Commercial Director

Location: Sines Portugal (On-site 5x per week)

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Commercial Director to join the leadership team delivering Europe’s biggest data centre scheme in Sines Portugal. This role is fully site-based 5 days per week (no rotation).

This is a flagship technically complex programme of work that demands world‑class commercial oversight and strategic guidance.

The Role –

You’ll lead all commercial cost and procurement functions for this flagship project – ensuring financial control, contractual compliance and value delivery across the full lifecycle. Working closely with project directors, clients and contractors you’ll play a critical role in keeping the programme on time, on budget and aligned with the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities –

• Lead commercial and cost management on a large‑scale data centre project
