Job Overview

A local authority based in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer for an initial period of three months initially.

Responsibilities and Support

The successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer will be supported by a team of 3 legal assistants and will be required to carry a full caseload from the outset. You will work largely unsupervised and will advise on a broad range of contracts.

Public sector EU procurement experience is essential.

Requirements

You will be required to have a current practising certificate.

The council are ideally looking for someone that can attend the office on a Tuesday which is the team office day. However, for the right candidate they may be able to consider fully remote.

Compensation and Working Hours

The role is 37 hours per week, and pay rate is £50-60 per hour maximum.
