Job Summary

Commercial Business Development Manager required for our engineering and manufacturing client that specialises in burner combustion engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Visiting plants and doing site surveys (EMEA region)
• Problem solving
• Finding solutions that would meet the customers’ needs and deadlines.
• Preparing to negotiate on proposals

Requirements

• Sold projects both in the UK and EMEA
• Self‑start ability
• Lead from the front with a passion for negotiation and problem solving

This position is a hybrid position which requires 2 to 3 days within the office but you will be travelling the rest of the week.

Your salary will be in the region of £65,000 - £70,000 per annum with an excellent benefits package.

Expected start date of mid-January to early February 2026.
