Role Description

Roseway Labs is looking for a dynamic Commercial Analyst to become a key driver in our growth journey. In this influential role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our commercial offering and the market we operate in—shaping strategic decisions across growth, investment, product and service innovation, and customer experience.

As our Commercial Analyst, you will:

• Deliver insightful commercial analysis and product intelligence
• Identify and develop compelling new propositions
• Support the commercialisation of our services
• Provide critical input into company‑wide commercial decision‑making
• Turn data-driven insights into meaningful real‑world outcomes

While data analytics are central to this role, it offers far more than spreadsheets—you’ll be actively involved in commercial activity, helping turn insight into action and strategy into results.

Qualifications

• Superb at data analysis and expert using tools such as Excel and Power BI
• Interested in moving data insights into practical reality
• Keen to learn about the field of compounding pharmacy and medical longevity
• Able to explain data in an easy-to-understand way to a many different audiences

You will likely come from a strategy, commercial, or data analysis function, with the ability to translate insight into action. Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is a strong advantage.
