Our client are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join their dynamic consultancy firm located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. They are a leading consultancy firm, committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Requirements of the Role
  • Contract Management: Assist with the preparation, review, and administration of client and supplier contracts, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and correctly filed.
  • Financial Administration: Support the finance team with invoicing, expense processing, and monitoring project budgets.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update client databases and internal systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on commercial activities, project statuses, and key performance indicators.
  • General Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the consultancy team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all commercial processes adhere to internal policies and relevant legal requirements.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Proven experience in an administrative or commercial support role, ideally within a professional services or consultancy environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or project management software is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
