Commercial Account Manager – Huddersfield Area

Our client is a very well respected independent commercial insurance brokerage based in the Huddersfield area and trading for over 40 years. They have an impressively low staff turnover and have remained very successful due to their commitment to providing their clients with an exceptional level of service. They operate both within the commercial and Schemes based sectors, holding “the pen” on a number of exclusive commercial schemes.

This role has been created due to growth and requires an “Account Manager / Broker” to join the team. In this role, you will be handing your own clients as well as providing support to the Account Executives on larger, more complex cases.

On a day to day basis, you will be speaking to clients, insurers and working closely with your teammates, providing quotations, making amendments on existing policies and marketing and negotiating renewals.

Ideal applicants will have at least 2 years commercial insurance broking experience with a good all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance. CII studies will be fully supported.
