Responsibilities

• Covering the B postcode area of Birmingham
• Providing maintenance and repairs on commercial catering equipment (COMCAT and electrical)
• Working on combi ovens, grills, burners, fryers, and other gas and electrical catering equipment
• Working with clients such as commercial properties, hotels and a good number of larger nationwide care homes

Qualifications / Skills

• Experience doing PPM and repairs on electrical and gas fired commercial catering equipment
• COMCAT's 1,3,5 needed
• Having any experience with microwaves would be beneficial but is not essential
• Need to be living in the West Midlands area around Birmingham and be living in a B postcode area
