You'll provide leadership and expertise across a range of naval and maritime projects, helping to design, integrate, and assess complex systems. You will provide technical direction and assurance to multi‑disciplinary project teams, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and partners to deliver high‑quality engineering outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical teams, projects, and stakeholder relationships.
• Define, oversee, and assure scopes of work, proposals, and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree‑qualified engineer (Chartered or equivalent experience).
• Relevant experience in maritime or systems engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
• Experience with maritime platform systems, communications, information systems, navigation, or information assurance is advantageous.
• Strong methodological, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be able to undergo pre‑employment screening and satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
