OurclientareUKleaderswithindebtresolution.Theyareaclose-knit,friendlybusinesswhereyou'renotjustanumber!Youwillbe workingwithateamtodeliverexceptionalcustomerservicetotheircustomerswhoareinarrearswiththeirutilitybills.Youwillbe workingcloselywithcustomerstohelpthemresolve theirutilitydebtbywalkingthemthroughtheiroptionswithempathyandunderstanding.Thisisininboundandoutboundcustomeroperativerolewhereyouwillbecustomerfacing,helpingtoassisttheirclientsandtheircustomerstofindtherightsolutiontomanagetheiroutstandingutilitybillsandarrears.Youwillalsoassistourclientsagentsinthefieldsetupandagreepaymentplansandprocesspaymentsfromcustomers.
