Contract and Schedule: Permanent; Part-time hours available: Minimum of 4 sessions/ 2 days per week. Flexible working patterns considered to meet service needs.

Your Role
The Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist will provide high quality, safe and effective Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. The role includes:
- Provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions with excellent clinical outcomes.
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations to drive evidence-based intervention; ensure thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the client.
- Deliver different models of service delivery including face-to-face, telephone or video consultations, depending on client preference.
- Adhere to Bupa's case management processes and work collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team.
- Adhere to sessional limits per client's Private Medical Insurance, while working toward therapeutic recovery goals.
- Provide signposting or onward referral as required.
- Offer ad-hoc or one-off wellbeing support and coaching as required.
- Provide one-off assessments and referral recommendations when required.
- Work with the client to provide group psychoeducation and promote mental wellbeing through remote presentations, workshops, events and training as required.
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines and Bupa's service policies and procedures.
- Attend regular clinical supervision, individually and in groups, in line with Bupa and professional body guidelines.
- Collaborate with operational and clinical teams to improve client and employee experiences.
Key Skills / Qualifications
Essential
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) BABCP accredited.
- Full BABCP accreditation.
- At least 2 years' experience providing high intensity CBT interventions for working-age adults with a range of presentations.
Desirable
- Training/accreditation in additional psychological treatment areas (e.g., EMDR).
- Corporate experience and business understanding.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
Key Skills & Experience
- General adult mental health experience.
- IT skills including Microsoft systems and electronic medical records.
- Ability to evaluate, plan and prioritise workload within demanding timeframes.
- Customer service and client liaison experience.
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
- Experience managing own caseload and working toward targets; effective diary management and utilisation targets.
- Excellent written and oral communication; diverse and varied clinical experience.
Personal characteristics
- Well-developed communication skills.
- Ability to organise time effectively and work autonomously in a busy environment.
- Understanding of business context and ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
