A community health organization seeks a Healthcare Assistant to support care delivery in clinic settings and patients' homes. Are you a Healthcare Assistant with an interest and passion for wound care? if so, this may be the role for you!
We are looking for a health care assistant to support the delivery of care along with the registered nurses within our clinic settings and in patients’ own homes providing high quality care and education to our patients.
The post holder must be an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who has a passion for delivering high quality care and should be able to demonstrate experience knowledge and skills in wound care.
There will be an expectation due to the nature of CNN work that a degree of flexibility will be required, and that other tasks or roles may be delegated to the post holder, in line with their abilities and knowledge as dictated by the needs of the service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who has a passion for delivering high quality care. The post holder should be able to demonstrate experience in wound care.
