CNC Turner Programmer

We are currently working with a client who are internationally renowned and family-owned manufacturing company founded in 1926. The Company has enjoyed unrivalled expansion in the last decade. Today it operates from five locations Worldwide and exports mechanical handling equipment to over 65 countries. We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer to join this business in Hyde.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Must have over 4 years working experience in CNC machining (turning/lathe environments)
  • Proven record of achieving production targets and maintaining quality standards.
  • Must be proficient in CNC programming (G-code) from scratch and machine setting.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software desirable (training can be provided).
  • Ability to interpret and work to engineering drawings (essential).
  • Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments.
  • Ideally Apprentice trained

The successful CNC Turner will set, operate, and programme CNC lathes (including twin spindle and multi-bar feed systems) to manufacture precision components for industrial chain products. The role ensures quality, efficiency, and compliance with health and safety standards, supporting production targets and continuous improvement.

Hours of work
  • Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:15
  • Friday: 08:00 - 15:30
