CNC Supervisor Setter

Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency, and we are looking to recruit a CNC Supervisor Setter for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Chorley area.

Salary & Package

£32,708.00 - £38,480.00 DOE.

Required

• CNC Supervisor or Team Leader experience
• Able to lead, guide and mentor a team in the CNC machine shop
• Able to be trained on new CNC programs
• Set and operate CNC machines
• Change CNC tools
• Work to tight tolerances
• Able to use micrometers and vernier callipers
• Able to read technical engineering drawings
• Able to work to specifications
• Hands‑on approach to the operation
• Perform calibration and quality inspection
• Computer literate
• Commitment to continuous improvement and compliance with safety standards
• Previous experience of working in a fast‑paced engineering environment

This role is suited for a CNC Supervisor Setter who wants to lead a team in a busy CNC workshop, be hands‑on with the operation and support with manufacturing components.
