Position: CNC Setter / Operator – Aerospace

Salary: £37,783 including shift premium

Responsibilities

• Manufacture components utilising instructions within a production pack
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), giving feedback to the engineering team on all aspects
• Confirm conformance of finished work to specifications, using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators and gauges
• Ensure products are to the correct tolerances and meet customers, as well as internal standards and specifications (NADCAP and AS9100)
• Keep equipment operational by completing autonomous maintenance requirements
• Progress manufacture in line with the production schedule
• Ensure all production documentation adheres to the relevant quality standard
