As a CNC Turner, your responsibilities will include:
  • Programming and setting CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
  • Creating programs and setup sheets for first‑off production
  • Manufacturing tooling as required and following planning routings
  • Collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve processes
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and precision across all workshop practices
As a CNC Turner, your experience will include:
  • Minimum 7 years' CNC turning experience (time‑served or equivalent)
  • Strong Fanuc programming capability
  • Solid understanding of workshop practices and engineering fundamentals
  • Ability to work independently with excellent problem‑solving skills
  • Background in aerospace or similar precision engineering environment (preferred)
  • Keen to learn and self‑motivated with a positive attitude
