Locations: Daventry & Wales

Salary: Up to £39,372.32 per year (depending on shift & experience)

Type: Full-time, Permanent - Right to Work in the UK required

What you'll do

• Operate CNC machinery (Turret Punching Machines, Laser, Press Brake, Welding)
• Interpret engineering drawings, bend schedules or CAD files
• Load/unload materials and perform production checks
• Complete routine maintenance and quality inspections
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating CNC machinery (metal cutting/shaping)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail & commitment to quality
• Physically fit and confident working in production
• Good level of spoken English
• Reliable, hardworking and eager to grow with the company
