£21 per hour

Are you a CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision, thrives on technical challenges, and wants to be part of a forward-thinking team? We're working with a fantastic client in Dumbarton who is looking to bring a talented CNC Operator on board — and they’re offering a solid £21 per hour for the right individual.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Operating and setting up CNC machinery (Fanuc controls experience is key!)

  • Programming and machining components with a variety of complexity

  • Interpreting technical drawings and documentation like a pro

  • Ensuring every component meets quality, safety, and spec standards

  • Monitoring performance and making fine adjustments as needed

  • Using precision instruments to ensure every detail is spot on

  • Keeping your workspace tidy, organised, and safe

  • Supporting ad-hoc projects and working closely with your team

What We're Looking For:
  • Time-served engineer or completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship

  • Solid CNC experience, ideally with Fanuc

  • Confident interpreting engineering drawings

  • A proactive, flexible, and quality-driven attitude

  • Strong experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment
