Overview

Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a CNC Milling programmer / setter / operator for our client based in the Wolverhampton area.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a competent CNC programmer on Milling machines.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all components are manufactured in accordance with company practices and quality procedures.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Maintaining accurate documentation.
• Maximising material utilisation and minimising waste or damage.
• Strong familiarity with machining a variety of materials within a precision engineering environment.
• Online programming, setting and operating for CNC Milling machines.
• Understanding cutting patterns to utilise stock efficiently.
• Always maintain health and safety.
• Updating computer‑based stock system regularly.
• Supporting with training and upskilling other operatives.

Compensation

£17.00 – £20.00 per hour – 39 hours per week
