Overview

CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator – Milton Keynes

Salary: £30K-£45K + Bonus. Permanent, day shift | Modern facility with progressive technology.

About the Role

You'll be hands-on from start to finish, producing high-precision components on our advanced Hurco multi-axis milling machines. We work across 3, 4 & 5 axis projects using a variety of materials, delivering mission-critical components to premium clients with exacting standards and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle manufacturing on CNC milling machines
• Offline programming using Hypermill by Open Mind (experience preferred but not essential — full training available)
• Maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and finish

• Minimum 3 years' experience in CNC Programming/Setting/Operating
• Strong understanding of tooling, materials, and technical drawings
• Experience with Hypermill (advantageous)
