CNC Machinist (Late Shift / Turning) – Leighton Buzzard. Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Optional Overtime + 4 Day Work Week + Benefits.

Are you a CNC Turner with programming skills, looking for a stable role that offers a 4-day work week, excellent work-life balance, and great earning potential?

The Role

• Operating, setting and programming a wide range of Lathes
• Late shift: Monday to Wednesday 4:30pm – 3:30am, with a 1:00am finish on Thursday
• Optional overtime available

They have repeat business from multiple F1 competitors, aerospace giants and defence companies. To keep up with demand, they’re looking for an experienced Turner to join their friendly, relaxed workshop.
