Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join on a permanent morning / afternoon weekly rotational pattern. As a CNC Machinist, you will initially be setting and operating CNC grinding machinery to manufacture parts for the aerospace sector (training will be provided).

Salary & Package

c£16.50 to £18.00 per hour basic as a guide + Weekly shift premium. Overtime available at x1.33 midweek.

Qualifications
  • Skilled CNC Machinist with setting and operating experience who is open to learning or has experience operating CNC grinding machinery.
  • Experience working on a range of batch sizes and adaptability with a key emphasis on high‑quality precision work.

  • Operating CNC grinding machinery during busier periods.
  • Handling a range of batches covering several sectors.
  • Working on a rotational morning / afternoon shift pattern Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday.
  • Optional overtime available at a 1.33 rate.
