CNC Machine Operator

Location: Mansfield

Pay: £29,000 per annum

Hours: AM/PM Rotating

The Role

We're looking for a CNC Machine Operator to support machine shop operations through the effective running of CNC machines and associated production activities. You'll work closely with skilled machinists, technicians, and inspection to ensure components are produced efficiently, accurately, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating CNC machines across the machine shop
  • Supporting ancillary areas and other production cells when required
  • Carrying out in-cell inspection and working alongside the Inspection team
  • Understanding and using the works order administration system
  • Completing works order routings accurately at all stages of production
  • Liaising with Cell Technicians and Skilled CNC Machinists as required
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment through routine housekeeping
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety requirements and company policies
  • Supporting continuous improvement activities and ad hoc project work
