Qualifications

• Proven experience operating and setting a CNC laser machine.
• Minimum of an ILM Level 3 or CMI Level 3 qualification.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a small team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Organise and manage daily operations for Trumpf CNC laser machines.
• Conduct handovers between shifts to ensure communication.

Skills

Experience operating and setting a CNC laser machine

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Familiarity with ERP systems

Education

ILM Level 3 or CMI Level 3 qualification

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, or CNC Machining
