A fantastic opportunity to help maximize the Meeting & Events across the Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in Cheltenham. Handling inbound enquiries and ensuring the smooth planning and implementation of all events taking place across Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin. This role is perfect for someone looking to step up from a single-site M&E Executive role.
You will assist the M&E Manager in driving revenue by maximizing meeting room occupancy and catering revenue. You will work to optimize client relationships and relationships with other key managers across the two hotels.
This role suits an organized self-starter with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. Experience in a similar property is beneficial, but a positive personality and the ability to think on your feet are essential.
