Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Clubhouse Attendant to ensure the smooth daily operation of our premium leisure facilities. Responsibilities include opening and closing the clubhouse, maintaining cleanliness and presentation across all areas (gym, pool, padel pavilion, coworking spaces, and changing rooms), setting up hydration stations and fitness studios, and supporting guest experience through friendly meet-and-greet and tours. You’ll restock towels and amenities, log maintenance issues, assist with laundry coordination, and help create a welcoming, well-presented environment for members and guests throughout the day.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all Clubhouse areas
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests to support a positive experience in this shared space.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the facilities.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,910.40 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £29,910.40, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
