• Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across the business.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory and Azure AD accounts.
• Manage devices and policies in Microsoft Intune.
• Support and optimise Microsoft 365 services.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
