Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Clinical Team : Ensure residents' medical, physical, and emotional needs are met by leading the clinical team with expertise and compassion.
  • Ensure Compliance : Always adhere to our clinical governance framework to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Mentor and Motivate : Inspire and guide your colleagues, champion residents' safety and dignity, and drive continuous improvement in care delivery.
