Overview

As a Clinical Training and Education Specialist, you will join the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organization, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities

Support Curriculum Management, Training, and Education to facilitate implementation of scientific, technical, and compliance education programs and related materials for areas such as clinical, medical, safety, regulatory, and quality management systems.

What you will be doing:

  • Support and collaborate with functional teams developing educational programs to ensure colleagues meet or exceed role expectations as technical contributors and project team members.
  • Assist in developing and implementing various technical education materials and programs, including symposia, web-based adverts, case studies, journal clubs, simulations, games, newsletters, and other communication modes to meet business needs.
  • Support the implementation of curricula within supported functional lines.
  • Assist in integrating e-enabled educational programs, materials, and blended learning solutions, ensuring they can be launched and tracked within learning management systems.
  • Help TEL develop training strategies for business process improvements relevant to the roles supported.
  • Manage external vendors for the design, development, and implementation of education programs, as required.
Qualifications

You are:

  • BA/BS degree in life sciences or relevant technical field.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical training and education is preferred.
  • Knowledge of clinical research and drug development in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Experience in training design, development, and project management.
  • Proficiency with information management tools and techniques.
  • Experience working with external training vendors.
  • Knowledge of clinical research processes, drug development, and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of client context, culture, and R&D business.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional processes.
  • Knowledge of organizational development principles and successful implementation strategies.
  • Proven success in training, curriculum development, and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of current technologies for business process improvements and their deployment.
  • Expertise in developing e-enabled education programs.
