A community health service provider in Leeds is seeking a clinical leader to supervise teams in police custody healthcare. This full-time role requires a registered nurse or paramedic with three years of post-qualification experience and a passion for developing others. About you:
You will be a registered nurse or paramedic with 3‑year post‑qualification experience, proven leadership experience, excellent communication skills and a passion for developing others. You will thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate a calm, fair and values‑driven approach to leadership.
The post is full time (37.5 hours per week) across a 7‑day service. Shifts are 7.5 hours and include weekend working, with some flexibility required to support service demands. Experience in urgent, forensic or custodial healthcare is desirable but not essential. Full training and ongoing professional development are provided.
