Role Overview

Are you caring, committed, and ready to make a real difference? Our busy elective orthopaedic ward is looking for a compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our nights-only team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting patients through their recovery, working alongside experienced nurses and therapists in a friendly, supportive environment.

The Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high quality healthcare in the Trust. Your role is to support the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate care to patients and their relatives. This job description is to be read in conjunction with the person specification for this particular job.
