Thehours will be to cover the service Monday to Friday, with occasional eveningand Saturday clinic cover. This will be a mix of days and full days.

The jobholder will assist in the overall implementation of careas part of the multi professional team. The jobholder is expected to deliverand maintain high standards of acute and planned care. The jobholder will beskilled in taking appropriate action(s) to achieve the planned outcome. Thejobholder will contribute to the maintenance of an environment for effectivecare. The jobholder will be expected to practice in accordance with LeedsTeaching Hospital NHS Trust (LTHT) policies, guidelines, standards andstatutory requirements and operate within defined competency boundaries. Thejob holder will work within a ward or clinical department.
