The Clinical Support Manager is responsible for ensuring that Prometheus delivers safe, lawful and high quality care across secure transport and complex care services. The role combines operational management of the HUB, leadership of frontline teams and expert oversight of Mental Health Act requirements. This post requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to manage real time operational pressures and the confidence to guide staff, liaise with external agencies and uphold Prometheus standards.

The Clinical Support Manager plays a central role in ensuring that services are delivered to the highest clinical, legal and operational standards. This role combines clinical expertise, operational oversight and leadership of the HUB and field based teams. It is suited to an experienced mental health clinician who can interpret legislation, respond to complex operational challenges and support staff working in high pressure environments.
