As a Clinical Services Manager (Connected Care), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping patient pathways across Bupa's Secondary Care and Diagnostic Centres. This is a unique opportunity to combine operational leadership with clinical excellence, ensuring seamless, high-quality care for every patient. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, drive innovation, and champion best practices to deliver outstanding outcomes and service excellence. How you'll help us make health happen

Responsibilities
  • Provide visible and proactive clinical leadership across multiple sites, fostering collaboration and professional development.
  • Oversee integration and coordination of clinical and operational activities to ensure seamless patient journeys.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, resource management, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Champion quality and safety, implementing robust governance frameworks and audit processes.
  • Mentor and develop clinical leaders, promoting engagement and a culture of accountability.
  • Lead change management and innovation, designing and implementing new clinical delivery pathways.
  • Serve as an expert advisor on clinical and operational matters, contributing to strategic planning.
  • Ensure staff compliance with mandatory training and support ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (NMC) or equivalent HCPC registration.
  • Extensive experience managing multiple clinical pathways and leading teams.
  • Proven leadership and operational management experience in private healthcare.
  • Strong communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in governance, quality assurance framework, incident handling, conflict resolution, and policy development.
  • Experience in commercial stakeholder relationship management.
Desirable
  • Teaching/assessing qualification.
  • Management qualification or willingness to work towards one.
  • Experience in private healthcare settings.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., CQC).
Location

37 Kensington High Street, London, W8 5ED (with flexibility to work across other Bupa sites as required)

Employment Details

Permanent, full‑time – 37.5 hours per week. Competitive salary.
