Overview

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Service Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Camden, London area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers. This special care home provides the very highest care standards to their service users twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.

To be considered for this position you must hold an active NMC Pin and experience in managing large care homes.

Responsibilities
  • Utilise authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care
  • Become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the Service Users
  • Manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy
  • Provide improvement, independence and choice for Service Users
  • Comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times, particularly the CQC Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and NMC guidelines

Benefits and Salary

The successful Clinical Service Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £75,000 per annum. This is a permanent full-time role for 37.5 hours a week on days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
